The Limoneira Ranch hosts a beautiful wedding site and venue for celebrating. Historically, The Limoneira Company has been around for over 100 years, and jump started California’s citrus industry. Now, after acquiring multiple other properties around the world, they also host events. We were happy to serve hot mini-donuts on the Ranch for a lemon-themed wedding! There was a lemonade stand (of course), the bridesmaids all wore lemon-yellow dresses, and each guest went home with – you guessed it – lemons! And when life gives you lemons, make…lemon glaze! That’s right, we took our house donut glaze and blended in fresh-squeezed lemon juice right from the orchard! The results were sweet and tangy delicious donuts which the whole crowd loved. For all the lemon-flavored goodies around, there were no sour faces! Just smiles. It’s hard not to smile while visiting this pretty property, taking in the fresh air and watching the sunset as the party goes on into the night.
